Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the SawaSuite platform ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. "You" refers to the individual or legal entity registering for or using the Service.

2. Description of Service

SawaSuite is a cloud-based business management platform that provides accounting, sales, inventory, point-of-sale, project management, and WhatsApp communication tools. The Service is offered on a subscription basis with a 60-day free trial.

3. Account Registration

You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

4. Subscription & Billing

Subscriptions are billed monthly in XAF (Central African CFA Franc). Payments are processed through our supported payment providers (Mobile Money, card, or bank transfer). All plans include a 60-day free trial. You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds are provided for partial billing periods.

5. Data Ownership

You retain full ownership of all data you enter into the Service. We do not claim any intellectual property rights over your content. Upon termination, you may request an export of your data within 30 days.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to: (a) use the Service for any illegal purpose; (b) attempt to gain unauthorized access to other accounts or systems; (c) transmit malware or harmful code; (d) resell or redistribute the Service without authorization; (e) use the Service to send unsolicited messages (spam).

7. Service Availability

We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Scheduled maintenance will be communicated in advance. We are not liable for downtime caused by factors beyond our control, including internet outages, power failures, or third-party service disruptions.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. You may terminate your account at any time through your account settings. Upon termination, your data will be retained for 30 days to allow export, after which it will be permanently deleted.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SAWASUITE SARL shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Cameroon and the OHADA Uniform Acts. Any disputes shall be submitted to the competent courts of Douala, Cameroon.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified via email or through the Service at least 30 days before they take effect. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.
