We collect information you provide directly: business name, email address, phone number, billing information, and the data you enter into the platform (customers, invoices, products, etc.). We also collect usage data automatically: IP address, browser type, pages visited, and feature usage patterns.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use your information to: (a) provide and maintain the Service; (b) process payments and manage your subscription; (c) send transactional communications (invoices, receipts, system alerts); (d) improve and personalize the Service; (e) comply with legal obligations. We do not sell your personal data to third parties.
3. Data Storage & Isolation
Each customer's business data is stored in a dedicated, isolated database. This means your data is physically separated from other customers' data. All data is encrypted at rest and in transit. Daily backups are performed automatically.
4. Data Sharing
We share data only with service providers necessary to operate the platform: (a) Twilio — for WhatsApp message delivery; (b) payment processors — for subscription billing (Flutterwave); (c) cloud infrastructure providers — for hosting and storage. All third parties are contractually bound to protect your data.
5. Data Retention
We retain your data for as long as your account is active. After account termination, data is retained for 30 days to allow export, then permanently deleted. Billing records may be retained longer as required by applicable law.
6. Your Rights

7. Cookies
We use essential cookies to maintain your session and preferences. We use analytics cookies (Vercel Analytics) to understand how the Service is used. Analytics data is aggregated and does not identify individual users. You may disable non-essential cookies through your browser settings.

The Service is not intended for individuals under 18 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

Your data may be processed in countries outside your country of residence for hosting and service delivery purposes. We ensure appropriate safeguards are in place for all international transfers.
