Built in Cameroon, for Africa
We started SawaSuite because African businesses deserve tools that understand their reality.
Our story
We watched small businesses across Cameroon, Senegal, and Nigeria struggle with the same problems: invoices lost in WhatsApp threads, stock tracked in notebooks, and payments collected by hand. The tools that existed were either built for Western markets or too expensive for a growing SMB.
So we built SawaSuite — a platform that speaks your language, uses your accounting standards (OHADA), accepts Mobile Money, and sends invoices where your clients actually are: WhatsApp.
Today, we serve businesses in 17+ countries across West and Central Africa. Every feature we build starts with the same question: will this make an African business owner's day easier?
Our mission
Give every African SMB the same powerful tools that large companies take for granted — without the complexity or the cost.
What we believe
Simple beats clever
If a shop owner in Douala can't figure it out in 5 minutes, we redesign it.
Local first
OHADA accounting, XAF/XOF currencies, Mobile Money, WhatsApp — we build for how business is actually done here.
Your data, your business
Every customer gets their own isolated database. We never sell your data. You can export everything, anytime.
Support like a neighbor
24/7 WhatsApp support because that's how you prefer to communicate — and so do we.
The team
A small, focused team of engineers and designers based in Douala, Cameroon. We use SawaSuite to run our own business, so we feel every bug and celebrate every improvement.
